OBE Training Programs – 2026

The Board of Accreditation for Engineering and Technical Education (BAETE), Bangladesh, organized a series of two-day training sessions on Outcome-Based Education (OBE) in June and July 2026. The sessions were held on the following dates:

• OBE Training Session–01: 26-27 June 2026

• OBE Training Session–02: 03-04 July 2026

A total of 111 faculty members from 32 leading public and private universities, along with representatives from industry, actively participated in the training sessions. The sessions were conducted by experienced BAETE resource persons under the leadership of Prof. Dr. A.S.M.A. Haseeb, Chair of the Taskforce for the Development of the Training Module for Program Evaluators. The training was designed to enhance participants' understanding of Outcome-Based Education (OBE), with a particular emphasis on the Graduate Attributes and Professional Competencies (GAPC) Version 4 and the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), in alignment with BAETE's accreditation framework and international best practices.
