Scope of Work for Taskforce:

The Terms of Reference are as follows:

1.	Prepare a draft of Outcomes-based Accreditation Manual considering model documents followed by neighboring countries and other full signatories of Washington Accord (WA). In preparing the draft, the Task Force should take into account the suggestions made by the Mentors (viz. Institution of Engineers Singapore and the Board of Engineers Malaysia), which include adoption of learning outcomes to achieve the full set of Washington Accord graduate attributes.
2.	Finalize the Manual incorporating the suggestions made by the Board of BAETE.
3.	Coordination for organizing workshops for training of the Assessors in accordance with the Manual as approved by BAETE.
